The apartment is located in the center of Sant Cugat del Valles. It's a pedestrian area, with a very commercial street, the street of Santa Maria, which leads to the Monastery of Sant Cugat of the ninth century, visitable. A 5 minute walk from the apartment there is a park, the Parc Central, an 18-hole golf course and the Sant Cugat train station. The trains run every 7-8 minutes and in 25 minutes you can comfortably reach the center of Barcelona, Plaza Cataluña, next to Las Ramblas without having to worry about taking the car. Sant Cugat del Vallès is separated from Barcelona by a natural park of 8 hectares of Mediterranean forest. It used to be a village but the construction of tunnels under the mountain has turned it into a select residential neighborhood of Barcelona. Without the pollution or noise of the big city, surrounded by woods and fresh air is the preferred destination for many Barcelona residents.
