Hello, we are Kay & René.
After years of successful entrepeneurship we finally set out to find our perfect hideaway. Here in the nature reserve of Celima La Manga we found this stunning property. “love on first site” or shall we say “on all the views”. We have now opened our hideaway to others and love to share this beautiful and peaceful part of Spain with you.
We love all the good things this earth brings us, like the white wines of New Zealand and the French cuisine food. We also like to play golf and take a sailing boat for our holidays. We have traveled and lived around the world and enjoy meeting other people.

Villa Kia Ora is nestled in a green lush valley just outside the whitewashed village of Casares, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and rolling hills of Andalucia.
Our Villa is your perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the tranquility of Andalucia nature and yet so close to the highlights of the Costa del Sol.
The sandy beaches and beautiful golf courses are only 20 minutes down the road. The old village of Casares is within walking distance.
Malaga, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Granada all within an hour of scenic driving. Your ideal getaway to discover the rest of Europe. Malaga Airport is only 60 minutes away. Take a cheap flight to Paris, Amsterdam, London or Rome. All within 2-3 hours flighttime and very cheap €20-€80.
The 3 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and a large balcony with stunning views. Enjoy every morning your breakfast outside on our sunny terrace.
We have a large garden, several lounge areas and a swimmingpool. Take a hike into the surrounding nature reserve or make use of the swimming pool with an Ibiza style outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
Spend your evenings at the fireplace, sipping Spanish wines and enjoying some homemade tapas or just set out to discover one of the many Spanish restaurants in the area.

At just 20 minutes from the coast and 10 minutes from the white village of Casares you will find the most stunning green area were a handful of country houses are located: Celima La Manga. A true gem on the Costa del Sol. Situated in an oak forest with boosting views over the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains this Rural urbanization is unique. When you open the large sliding windows of your bedroom in the morning and step out on your balcony you’ll experience the luxury of fresh air and the calmness of nature itself every day again. And although surrounded by nature, you are not completely isolated. The approximately 24 privileged owners form a community in which privacy is respected yet a neighbor is always to be found.

From our house it is ideal to make day trips to Sevilla, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga,Gibraltar,Marbella. Also the beach is only 20 minutes drive down the valley. The white washed spanish village of Casares is 10 min. drive. From the house there are beautifull hikes into the nature Reserve with stunning seaviews and mountain views.
