Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
Modern 4 bed house in safe and quiet gated community of 24 family houses right next to the beach. Just 15-20 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport. The communal pool is hardly used and I've never seen anybody use the Padel tennis court apart from us.
As food lovers there's everything that you'll need in the kitchen. It has modern fittings and appliances throughout and has only been lived in by us as it is new. There's marble throughout the house, lovely air conditioning to keep nice and cool and plenty of space to feel comfortable in - with or without kids.
**Please not that whilst the photos only show 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms we have another that has been dismantled and can easily be put back should you need it. We also have a cot available for babies should you need it.**
If you need any help with anything whilst you're staying at our house just let us know.
A cleaner is available to clean the house during your stay for a small fee.
A gardener will come to the house once per week to mow the lawn and check the plants.

At the end of the community is a pathway that leads directly down to the beach, there are a couple of 'touristy' supermarkets/shops/bars/restaurants nearby in Cala Vinyes but we recommend heading to other places to eat and get stuff really as they're limited and pricey. There is an abundance of excellent places to go to and eat locally.
The house is next to some of the nicest beaches on the island - specifically Portals Vells which is a large bay with multiple small beaches or 'calas' in it. It's simply the most beautiful place to enjoy summer!

It's all about the beaches here and you're spoilt for choice. Portals Vells is a beautiful bay just up the road from the house and we have Cala Vinyes just a couple of minutes walk down a path at the end of the house.
