We are a newly retired couple in our early 60s. We are professionals, Pilar psychologist and Josep chemist, now with time for travel. We are relaxed and easy going people and our main interest is culture, art and humanities. We are looking for a long stay swaps in large cities with cultural life. We would like to spend our stay calmly to enjoy all the features of the city. This will be our tenth time that we exchange our home.
We speak Spanish, Catalan, English and some French.

Our family home is a penthouse of 100 m2, with a terrace of 25 m2 plenty of plants and flowers. It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a dining room a living room and a well-equipped kitchen.
The flat is centrally heated and equipped with all modern home appliances and internet wifi connection. It also has air conditioning. It can accommodate 4 people.
We are interested in medium-long term exchanges in London central city.

The surroundings are full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy an excellent meal of Mediterranean gastronomy.
There are several lines of Metro and busses at one minute walking distance. Easy transport to the Barcelona Airport.
