The house is located in the centre of Dubendorf, a small town at the border of the city of Zurich. In walking distance of 5 minutes you find everything you need for everyday life, from supermarkets, to gym and drugstores. There is a good public infrastructure with library, public bath, tennis club, ice-skating hall, a cinema and a cultural centre. On the other side we have just four km away the beautiful lake of Greifensee with view on the Alps, a real alternative to the busy lake of Zurich. The surroundings of the lake are a natural reserve situated in the rural area of Zurich Oberland. With public transportation or by car, you reach the centre of Zurich within 20 minutes. Zurich is a small big city, the main attractions are in walking or cycling distance, which leaves you plenty of time to discover the lively and fast developing city. From the main train station you have trains to all parts of Switzerland, every place of the country is reachable for a day excursion.
