Our apartment is only a few minutes drive to several supermarkets and a mall called Vestkanten Storsenter.
At Vestkanten Storsenter you can find a indoor waterpark and spa, bowling, skating rink, library, supermarkets and several other shops.
From our apartment you can se the mountain Lyderhorn. This is one of the 7 mountains that surrounds Bergen. This is a very popular mountain to hike on, and has a spectacular view.
From Bergen you can take boats to the view fjords, you can take the boat Hurtigruten that will take you to the north of Norway. You can also take a boat to the south or to Denmark.
If you want to travel from Bergen to Oslo you can take one of the prettiest train rides in the world(7h).
Bergen is a city with a lot of history, and there is a lot of interesting things to see and do.
If you don`t want to drive you can take a bus that will bring you to the city centre(bus nr 40). The bus drives by our apartment at least every 30 minutes. The bus system in Bergen is really easy to understand.
