Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
Modern house with open kitchen and 2nd bathroom downstairs with shower and bath. Upstairs master bedroom and room with with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. It is possible to make a bedroom out of the room downstairs with 2 beds in it. Garden around the house and roof terrace.
Ruinerwold is a nice little village in the north east of the Netherlands, only 4km from the city of Meppel with his theater, shops, restaurants and a trainstation. (Amsterdam is only 1,5 hours by train.)
Giethoorn, called the Venice of the North can reached by bike and is worthwile visiting. So is the Dwingelderveld, Europe's largest wet moorland area.
To swim one can go to one of the swimmingpools in Ruinen, Havelte or Meppel but one can also go to the small lake called: 'the Bloemert'. A very nice but deep lake which is frequently used for diving as well. (only 10 min. by bike.) Take a bottle of wine and something to eat with you and you can stay all day or evening.
For children we have a play ground just in front of the house. For the little children up to the age of 10-11 we have a farm for children to play, called 'speel en ijsboerderij de Drentse Koe', 5 minutes from here. Not expensive and as the children play, the parents can read a book or so!

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem
Wil je joggen, fietsen of wandelen; vanuit huis stap je zo de natuur in. Museumboerderij "de Karstenhoeve" aan de Dr. Larijweg geeft een goed beeld van het boerenleven van vroeger. De hunebedden in Havelte zijn te bereiken met de fiets, je fietst door een prachtige omgeving en de theetuin heeft een heerlijk bakje koffie met appelgebak. Prachtige mountainbikeroutes vanuit Ruinen en Havelte.
Voor cultuur en liefhebbers van winkelen zijn Meppel, Assen, Groningen en Zwolle the places to be. Zwolle bv. is een oude Hanzestad en boordevol cultuur. Het Drents Museum in Assen heeft prachtige tentoonstellingen die absoluut de moeite waard zijn. Maar ook de 7km lange Dr. Larijweg in Ruinerwold en het Boerpad beiden in Ruinerwold zijn van grote cultuurhistorische waarde. Vergeet ook het Dierenpark Emmen niet, helemaal vernieuwd.
Voor kinderen tot ongeveer 12 jaar is de Speel en ijsboerderij aan de Dijkhuizen, nog geen 10 minuten met de fiets, heerlijk om te spelen. De ouders hebben dan ook rust. Maar ook park Oikos in Ruinen, waar dinosaurussen en wolven zijn, is een bezoekje waard. Neem zelf eten en drinken mee en je kunt je er een hele dag vermaken.
Donderdag Meppeldag met kinder rommelmarkt, live muziek en meer in de zomervakantie is echt genieten.
