Hello from Holland!
We are a happy family of four. We love nature, meeting different people and visiting cities. Dick, Wendy and our 10-year old twin sons Jesse and Yoep. We haven’t done exchanges so far – it is a whole new adventure for us! We are friendly, respectful, conscious and fair people. We like to share our home with other people while we are on holiday because our place is worth it. We will treat your home as our own. In our free time we enjoy discovering new places and countries and we love walking in nature and wandering around in cities.

A place where you can easily feel yourself at home. Our house is harmonious and has enough living space for everyone. The garden is great and green with a lot of privacy, sun and shadow. Amsterdam, The Hague can be reached in one hour. Utrecht, Arnhem, Nijmegen can be reached in appr. 30 minutes by car

Our neighboorhoud is very friendly and quiet. The village is small with shops like bakery, butcher and a supermarket. One of the biggest National Parks of the Netherlands is in walking distance. We call it 'the extension of our garden'. The river 'Rhine' is also in walking distance and for a places to swim in the river you go by car to 'island of Maurik' http://www.uiterwaarde.nl/recreatie/recreatiegebieden/het-eiland-van-maurik or to 'Gravenbol' http://www.vvvkrommerijnstreek.nl/location/de-gravenbol-dagrecreatie in 15 minutes. Also indoor and outdoor swimming pools are nearby.

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem
National Park 'Utrechtse Heuvelrug' is in walking distance. From our house you can walk within 30 minutes to Amerongen, which is a very nice and historical village with nice cafés and restaurants. Rhenen is another nice village which you can reach within 10-15 minutes, there are good shops here as well as restaurants and cafés. More nice places to visit in the neigbourhood like historical Wijk bij Duurstede, Wageningen (approx. 20 m. by car) and Arnhem, Nijmegen, Amersfoort (approx. 30 m. by car) and of course Amsterdam and The Hague (approx. one hour by car).
