We have a nice, peaceful, modern and light house (160 m2) that is located at Amsterdam IJburg, a new area of Amsterdam famous for its modern architecture. Close to our house, you can take the fastest tram of Amsterdam to the City Centre of Amsterdam in just 12 minutes. We have 6 rooms, 9 -10 beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a cosy garden and a rooftop terrace at walking distance to the water (where you can swim all summer or skate in the winter!) a great park, shops, cafés and restaurants.

You can park at P+R at Zeeburg for only 1€ pd which is 2 stops per tram 26 from our house!

The house has 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large livingroom with open kitchen, a nice garden with sun till 20.00 at night and a rooftop terrace with morning and afternoon sun. On the ground floor you find an open kitchen that looks on the livingroom, where there is a large table with space for eight people. The kitchen is very complete, with 2 ovens/microwave, coffee machine, induction quooker and dishwasher. In the livingroom you can relax, read the (Dutch) newspaper and/or enjoy the tv (with Netflix) and music installation with Spotify on the large couch. The livingroom is connected to the terrace with French doors where you can bbq in the garden or relax on the couch. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom, 2 rooms/studies and a bathroom. The bathroom consists of a toilet, a bath and a shower. There is also a separate room with the washing machine and a dryer. On the second floor there are 2 rooms, a wide hallway, a bathroom with toilet and shower and the large rooftop terrace.

The house is located in a very friendly neighbourhood and completely surrounded by fresh, clean water of the Amsterdam IJ.
