Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
We live in an old really Dutch house (1896) at the waterside - with a great view - in the center of Haarlem. The city center is nice and old, well known for shopping, good restaurants and interesting walks. The sea, dunes and Amsterdam are near and in Haarlem is a lot to do.
Our apartment is 180m2 and has 2 floors. We live on top, on the first + second floor of a monumental house. The rooms are comfortabel and light. The ceilings high. On the first floor there is a big kitchen with balcony (east), and a living room separated from the kitchen with antique glass doors. There is also one bedroom with shower in it, our son uses it as a student room.
Upstairs are 3 big bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with double sink, shower and separate bath, washing machine/dryer. All the bedrooms have a double bed, and in one room is another 1 persons bed + if necessary an extra mattress.
Its nice to go outside near the quayside, use our little boat.

In the center of Haarlem, very nice neighbourhood with big houses. Along the waterside. We have a little boat you can use. Its quiet and also in 5' walking you are in the nice shopping centre. There are a lot of restaurants, culture and nice places to go. The theater is around the corner. Its green and beautiful. The busses to Amsterdam, Schiphol, Leiden and to the railway station are in 5' walking. In 10' you are in the dunes.

From our house you can walk to the nice old marketsquare of the citycentre, you can walk or bike to the dunes, you can bike or drive in 10' to the see. You can take the bus or train to Amsterdam (20'), Leiden (30'), Rotterdam (50'). Very Dutch attractions like Zaanse Schans, Keukenhof, Cheesemarket, Panorama Mesdag, Madurodam, Rijksmuseum and Enkhuizen are nearby.
