We are an active, married couple entering our retirement years who love to travel and explore different counties. We were both born and raised in Vancouver, BC where we raised our three daughters. While one of us is fully retired, the other is not quite there, but will be winding down from September, 2019 onward.

Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
We live in a heritage home that has been completely remodelled, which is 6 blocks from Kitsilano beach and two blocks from 4th Avenue where you will find numerous restaurants, shopping, theatres, transit routes, etc. We are a 10 minute walk to the seawall where you will find a walking/cycling path that takes you by Granville Island, Science World, Yaletown, and onto Stanley Park. Our home is approximately 2,300 square feet on three floors (plus a ground floor bedroom we currently use for storage). The home includes a large kitchen, which is wonderful for cooking, a dining room that seats 8, a family room, a living room, which also includes a dining room for four. The design is very open. The master bedroom is on the top floor, has a large ensuite with tub and shower and a huge dressing room. French doors open to a large deck with a dining table, There are also two decks on the main floor (one with a barbeque and huge awning for warm days. The second bedroom is on its own floor and includes an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The home is part of a strata (3 suites in total - ours which is the largest at 2,300 sf and two small suites at the back of the property owned by our strata partners).
