We are a 15 minute walk to High Park, the Waterfront Trail and Bloor West shops and subway. This ground floor apartment has a small patio, which includes an additional private entrance/exit to the unit. So you don't need to use any elevators or main lobby. The immediate area is a walkers or cyclists paradise as it is right next to High Park and the Great Lakes Waterfront trail which is an amazing bike path with endless possibilities. The building is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and a wonderfully friendly and quiet building.

The open concept kitchen, living and dining area is a generous and super comfortable space. Master bedroom is large and has a king size bed with walk in closet.

The spare bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed so the room can be used as a den if not needed for sleeping.
