Our house is a little piece of paradise. Traditional stone house. Lush greenery, only 10 minutes walk from a nice beach. Very quiet. No traffic, no noise, just the birds.

Huge garden south facing without opposite. Fruit trees, flowers, horses and sometimes deers. Ideal for enjoying the Brittany's sun.

The house is very bright, facing south with large windows overlooking the garden. Table tennis, bikes, children's games, soccer cages, badminton, garden furniture, bbq ... Everything you need for relaxing holidays. The house was recently renovated. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, a large living - dining room (with a sofa double bed), a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and toilet. Upstairs : 3 bedrooms (one double bed and 6 single beds) and two shower rooms. In total, we house 12 people. Comfortable bedding. All household appliances needed. Wifi Internet and apple tv/ netfix.
The house is located in Saint Cast Le Guildo, a charming and family seaside resort on the northern coast of Brittany.

Saint Cast le Guildo is located on the magnificent Emerald Coast, between Saint-Malo and the Saint Michel Bay (UNESCO World Heritage Center) and Cap Fréhel, a beautiful protected natural site. Tennis, golf field , water activities, sailing, horse riding, wonderful hiking on coastal paths, hopping facilities, restaurants, bars, ice cream, beach restaurants ... everything you need for family holidays. Excellent fresh seafood (mussels and oysters are produced and collected in the bay) and organic vegetables and fruits.

The neighborhood:
Our direct neighborhood is quiet, wooded and surrounded by agricultural land. It's a traditional stone houses small village. Scenic hiking trails just around the corner. We have a pretty little beach ("Les Quatre Vaux" ) at 10 minutes walk from the house, another beach, much larger ("Pen Guen"), at less than 10 minutes by bike and the main beach of the city at 5 minutes by car. Beaches spared by mass tourism. Unspoiled and wild landscapes.

Transports:
Saint-Malo is half an hour away by car or bus, Dinard 20 minutes, Cap Fréhel 20 minutes and the charming medieval town of Dinan half an hour by car. The Mont Saint Michel and its bay at 1 hour. Transport: TGV train from Saint-Malo or Lamballe: half an hour. Dinard Airport: half an hour.

We are open to any destination. We're looking for a house (no flat) with garden close to the sea. Quiet, no traffic. Mediterranean islands, Asia, Caribbean, USA, welcome.
