Wonderful 180 square meters new semi-detached house in Esporles, a 5.000 inhabitants town, 13km from Palma, in the heart of the Serra the Tramuntana mountains, and 10 min by car from many non touristic beaches (Banyalbufar, Port des Canonge, Estellencs, Port de Valldemossa, Cala Deia).

Our home is a three level fully-equipped house, in a quiet and charming neighbourhood near the centre of Esporles. The ground floor has a spacious living room, opened to the terrace, a modern big kitchen, a guests room and a toilette. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 toilette, all with lots of natural light and fantastic views over the mountains.

We have it all equipped and adapted for children and babies.
