This apartment is for guests only, has 1.5 Bedroom is located in a gated community known as Costambar, Puerto Plata. It has a stunning 180 degrees of panoramic ocean view in the front and row of mountains in the back with lovely breeze most of the times. The weather is sunny and warm all year around. L-shaped spacious living room (has extra full size day-bed). Large bedroom with queen size bed and a large closet. Kitchen has mahogany cabinets, appliances and dinning table for 4, modern bathroom (hot/cold water). Six large windows with screens. Bedroom door opens onto a spacious swimming pool with jacuzzi/whirlpool (un-heated), Very large backyard with ceramic tiled large gazebo, another dinning table for 6 people and waterfall. B-B-Que + built-in counter & a sink. There are total of two beds plus we can provide another single mattress if there is a need. Fans in every room. Lots of attractions near by. Our full time care-taker will look after your needs. Very safe and tranquil place.

This neighborhood is known as Costambar which is located on one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the North Coast. Set in a gated community with 24 hr security, with a wonderful selection of local sports activities such as surfing, snorkeling and swimming available, plus an interesting selection of local shops and amenities including a golf course, and modern club house and restaurant, with its own delicious menu including a wonderful selection of Sushi! The golf course is just a short walk away. All most every thing of daily needs are at a walking distance. e.g. 5 minutes walk to grocery, several restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, gift shops, taxi stand, hardware store and 10 minutes walk to golf course, gym, tennis and the sandy beach.

Costambar has very interesting mix of international community. There are many Canadians, Americans, Italians, French, Dutch, Germans, some Russians, Ukranians and other Eastern Europeans as well a few Asians who have made their home here.

Attractions in and around Puerto Plata
Damajaqua Cascades (27 Waterfalls), Ocean World, Adventure Park, Marina and Casino, Sosua Beach (Approx. 40K), Mount Isabel de Torres (Cable Car Lift), Bravissimo Show Experience (Exotic Dancers), Malecon Puerto Plata, General Gregorio Luperon Museum, Fort San Felipe, Amber Museum, Museum of Taino Art. Other activities (within 2k to 35k): Wildlife Viewing at Ocean World where you can swim with the Dolphins, Sharks, Sea lions, or Stingrays. four casinos, Sosua/Caberete-popular tourist attractions for kite-surfing and many other water sports plus 100s of shops for articrafts and paintings plus restaurants and nightlife. Monkey Jungle and underground caves are 30k. World famous whale-watching spot Samana is only about 3.5 hours away. Many casinos just minutes away. General Rules:
Please turn off lights, fans, TV, etc. when you are outdoors. Always lock doors and windows when going out.
You are solely responsible for your belonging inside and outside the apartment. Do not leave personal belongings in the pool/garden area. Children under 16 must be supervised while swimming.
Towels or any other items from apartment are not to be taken off premises.
The apartment will be cleaned and linen+towels washed at midweek, Personal laundry may be given to Dani or do-it-yourself. Washer is in the basement – line dry clothes. Smoking is only allowed in gazebo and garden but NOT inside. if any questions send an email to hyaggarwal at gmail dot com
Check white folder placed in the apartment for important phone numbers and other information.
