Campbell River is salmon fishing capital in Canada. Elk Falls Provincial Park is just 12km away from our place. A lot of beautiful trails in our area to choose from. 10km seawalk for cyclist and pesdestrain along the ocean down the hill from our house. If you like whale watching or charter fishing, Campbell River is the best place to go. Orca whale, sea lion, seal, dolphin were spotted at the harbour from time to time. Beautiful bald eagle are everywhere in Campbell River. Their unique echo voice are spectacular. If you like skiing, snowshoeing, crosscountry skiing, Mt Washington is your place to go. Paradise Meadows at Strathcona park up at Mt. Washington has the most beautiful hiking trails to enjoy your day.
