Looking for exchanges in 2020 and further

This a brand new 2 bedroom apartment (penthouse) first occupied in December 2018. It has all modern conveniences and would be a very comfortable base to explore the exciting features of Perth and the variety of country attractions.
A lovely balcony with gas barbecue is suitable for dining in all but the coldest months (not many of those).
Perth is an ideal base from which to see the many attractions of Western Australia.
Western Australia is world famous for wildflowers during spring and world class wineries a comfortable 3 hour drive south to Margaret River. Wonderful beaches are only 15 minutes away and the Swan River is also a similar distance with many pleasant walking and bike paths available. We have bikes which would be available for your use.

Mount Lawley is one of Perth's stylish and supremely cosmopolitan suburbs appreciated for its blend of heritage and modern.
Just a few minutes to the South lies Perth City, a short stroll East reveals Beaufort St, a vibrant stretch of chic little cafes and bars, gourmet delis and bakeries, fashion and boutique retail shops.
Or, if you head West you will find the eclectic Angove St with an equally diverse treasure trove of restaurants and shops where there is something to suit all tastes

If you don't feel like driving, 200 metres from the front door is the bus stop which will take you into Perth city in 10 minutes.
Also, only a 10 minute walk is the wonderful Hyde Park - take a picnic or just relax in the peaceful surroundings.
