Our two storey family home is located in a garden setting in a leafy suburb within easy reach of the city, Sydney Harbour and magnificent beaches. Our home is well-appointed and boasts a 30 square metre covered deck for your outdoor dining and entertainment. Located at the gateway to the Northern Beaches of Sydney, stretching from Manly to Palm Beach, our home is a 12 minute walk to Forty Baskets harbourside beach and 30 minutes walk along the scenic walkway to Manly's ocean beach (5 min drive). Within easy reach of surf beaches, cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, sailing clubs and alike, this is an ideal holiday destination.

Our home is located in a premium leafy suburb of Sydney, close to beaches, coastal walking trails, parks and is within easy reach of the city of Sydney. The neighbourhood is popular among professionals, especially those with young families. Houses are predominantly detached homes located within garden settings. The nearest shopping centre is a pleasant 18 minutes walk from our home.

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem
Apart from the many beaches and the multitude of cafes and restaurants, this is also an attractive area for walking, with a variety of tracks offering magnificent panoramic seascapes. The closest café is 10 minutes walk away and a modern shopping mall is 18 minutes by foot. There is an hourly bus service to Manly Beach and return. The famous Manly ferry sails to the city's Circular Quay at regular intervals. A free community bus also runs at hourly intervals to the nearest shopping mall, with connections to other complimentary routes. Express buses to and from the city operate during peak periods Monday - Friday. If you have children, it would be beneficial to have a car, especially if you wish explore the northern beaches. A stroll to Forty Baskets beach and a coffee at Forty Beans café on your way home is a great way to start the day.

As a retired couple, we are open to travel suggestions at any time and also requests for long exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch. We endeavour to answer all requests promptly.
It is important that our home is clean and tidy. We have a large garden which may require watering in hot weather. We will arrange garden maintenance for longer exchanges. We require the windows and doors locked during absences. Should we agree to exchange cars, we will ensure appropriately licenced drivers are covered by comprehensive car insurance and we expect our exchangers to do the same. Our son and daughter-in-law, who live locally, can provide assistance as required (outside of work hours). We have excellent neighbours and we would appreciate your consideration of their wellbeing.
