Gorgeous 2,400 ft2 home on the Kenai River has 3 floors, with two large decks (one has a propane grill for cooking), stairs to river and fishing platform with bench, plus a fire ring plus wood for campfires. Three bedrooms (owner BR is not available), 3 bathrooms, 2 family rooms (each has internet TV), kitchen, dining room, laundry room. Good wifi connection. Very rural, with views of river and mountains. Moose in the yard and eagles overhead. Very peaceful. 15 miles from the town of Soldotna. Less than 2 hours from Homer (south) and Seward (north). More than 3 hours from Anchorage by car. Or you can fly i/2 hour from Anchorage to Kenai (40 min from the house). Plenty of parking. Plenty of room for kids to play and watch the river flow. Famous Kenai River salmon fishing! We do not offer exchanges from mid-July through mid-August. But both red salmon and silver salmon are still plentiful after that. We are interested in exchanges of not more than 2 weeks, either simultaneous or non-simultaneous works for us!
