For 2024-2026 we're interested in Manhattan, the Greater NY area., New England and California. From 2 weeks to a month or more, if possible. This charming, sunny pied-a-terre located in the heart of Nob Hill is in an Edwardian building. It accommodates 2 persons. The same building where American author, Dashiell Hammett lived while finishing his novel, "The Maltese Falcon". The original birdcage elevator enhances the experience of living in this building.

Our home studio has been remodeled and has a separate fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, stove-top/oven, etc. There is a remodeled bathroom with a claw-foot tub/shower. Double-pane Bay windows have been installed in the main living area. There is a comfortable queen-size bed and love seat. A vintage fireplace mantel graces the room. This 3-room studio is fully furnished. The common roof-top deck has 360 panoramic views including the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Public transportation is excellent. Two bus lines across the street and the California Cable Car is one block down the street . No need for a car. Uber/Lyft/Taxi's readily available. Trader Joe's Supermarket 1 1/2 blocks away.

Union Square is a 10 - 12 minute walk downhill where Saks 5th Avenue, Macy's and other fine stores. are located. Grace Cathedral is one block away and 2 blocks away is The Fairmont and The Mark Hopkins Hotels. Many restaurants on Polk St. We are interested in Major Urban areas.
