We are an active retired couple and have been home exchangers for 10+ years. Other countries and cultures fascinate us and we never tire of travel. We are quiet and easy-going people who enjoy simple things - a local cafe - a long walk in a village. As avid gardeners, we will gladly take care of yours. Open to traveling almost anywhere.

A perfect location for outdoor activities -- beach walks, tennis, jogging paths, walk to the San Francisco zoo, bicycle into Golden Gate Park & visit our museums.
Light filled, cozy San Francisco row house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full deck, living room, dining room, home office WiFi & modern kitchen.
Very safe and friendly residential neighborhood in the outer sunset district of San Francisco. Walk to the beach, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery/produce markets, pharmacy, and good restaurants.
A local farmers market every Sunday just around the corner. Use of our bicycles to ride into Golden Gate Park or down to the beach esplanade.
Convenient to public transportation - bus stop on our corner, light rail tram only 3 blocks away. All of which will easily get you to all parts of our beautiful city (Chinatown, North Beach, Haight-Ashbury, Fisherman's Wharf, Symphony, Theaters, etc.)
Easy automobile access to freeways, Golden Gate Bridge & Bay Bridge for trips to Napa Valley, Big Sur, Monterey, Carmel.
Cleaning service included (bi-weekly).
We've been exchanging both domestic and internationally for over 10 years and have had 12+ wonderful exchanges
We have put together a comprehensive House Book and a large collection of San Francisco/Bay Area guidebooks, maps and articles to help with your visit.

Our safe Sunset district neighborhood has a variety of good restaurants, coffee shops, produce markets bakeries, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. The beach awaits you just down the hill, walk to the San Francisco zoo, and Golden Gate Park is a bicycle ride away. Nice and helpful neighbors. No houses across from our block as we face a private high school athletic field.

Only three blocks to public transport (Light Rail and/or bus) which will take you downtown, Haight Ashbury, SF Symphony, Museums, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown and more.
