We are seeking a home exchange anywhere in Mill Valley, California for November or over Thanksgiving, 2020 and anywhere in Connecticut for Christmas or anytime in December, 2020.
Ranch home with screened lanainestled under live oaks in the older Orange Blossom neighborhood located just a few blocks from the Paradise Rec Center and the Orange Blossom Country Club. Spanish Springs Square is less than a mile with free nightly music entertainment. The Villages is centrally located between both coasts. Each about 1.5 hours; and Disney is an hour away. The Villages has hourly shuttle service to Orlando airport. Your stay includes all the amenities: free golf on 38 executive courses; 12 Championship fee courses; 36 Rec Centers and 73 pools. Paradise Rec Center located a few blocks away offers: tennis; archery; bocce; pool; shuffle board; pickle ball and a beautiful walking and fitness trail. The Villages is called “Floridas Friendliest Active Adult 55+ Retirement Community. Our neighborhood is shaded with large oak trees. This is the older section and the first Village. Most homes are small ranch type but desirable for the proximity of the Orange Blossom Country Club; Paradise Rec Center and Spanish Springs. It’s known as the quieter part of the Villages
