A stone's throw from the beautiful Atlantic, we hear the waves day and night! An ocean front beach house, giving you sea breezes and glorious sunrises, is two stories of coziness, while offering all modern appliances and lots of new furniture. With two full kitchens, plenty of room, and easy access, it is a very comfortable homey place. A short hour and half drive to Theme Parks, at the south end of an island, in a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood.

On a one lane, one-way paved street, neighborhood is called Bethune Beach. Blocks away from a County park, which spans the width of the island ....3 blocks from beach to Intercoastal Waterway. It is one of the best spots to view the huge manatees living in a cove, with a tennis court, sand volleyball (game on Sunday afternoons!) Also, only a mile from Canaveral National Seashore.

Our little beach town of 23,000 is home, beachside, to Flagler Avenue. It is the nicest old fashioned shopping and eating area, up and down the street, catering to beach goers and very laid back. Boasting a good variety of cuisines, and a lot of cool bars, it is a throwback to Florida beach towns of the 1950's and 60's, which becomes quite the hot spot for weekend late nights on the town…lots of parties and great music every where. Holidays are especially fun, with local hometown parades and lots of special events.
