Our home is a historic house that was built in 1911. From the front door, you enter a large octagon shaped foyer, which leads into our living room, which is also octagon shaped. The living room contains a queen-sized pullout sofa and a 60" flat screen Smart TV. The first floor also contains a recently renovated kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, a bedroom-office that contains a queen-sized futon and a separate apartment. The apartment contains a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a sun-room with a double-sized futon.

The second floor contains the master suite with a king sized bed. The suite also has its own bathroom, which contains both a Jacuzzi tub and a shower.

We have off-street parking for at least three cars, including our own car.

Although we are listed as having no previous exchanges, we actually are experienced exchangers, having completed five house exchanges during a previous HomeLink membership.
