Million dollar home with recently remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, windows, and 300 square foot deck with incredible views. The hose is 3-4 blocks from Lake Washington and a 3 minute drive to a neighborhood-only shared access beach to launch our inflatable paddle boards. 5 minute drive from downtown Renton with award winning coffee shops and 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is being used as an office and 1 being used as a nursery. Those 2 rooms are big enough to fit a mattress to create a private room. The downstairs living room has a pull out king bed with 2 full size mattresses (not a couch bed, actual mattress). Huge back yard and front yard. Use of car is allowed depending on insurance.
Kitchen was updated 1 year ago with all new appliances. Bathrooms were also updated in the last year which includes 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs and a half bath in the master bedroom.
We do have 2 cats, but they can stay with in-laws if required. Plants do not need maintenance.
