About my home
This is a small one-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a walk-up building. I try to keep my apartment clean and welcome guests who are willing to do the same. There is a full-size bed (larger than a single bed but smaller than a double/queen) in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room that can be turned into a queen-size bed. It's a great space for one or two people but might be tight for 3 or more because the pull-out couch would take up most of the living room space.

My apartment is not luxurious but equipped with WIFI, a TV, window AC, heating, books, afternoon sunlight, and love! It is on a residential street right off 2nd avenue. The apartment is quiet and peaceful most of the time (very rare in downtown Manhattan). So you don't have to worry about the sirens and street noises disturbing your sleep.

Things to note
Please NOTE that this is a tenement-style apartment building and the TOILET is located OUTSIDE of the apartment in the hallway of the building. It’s a PRIVATE toilet with a lock on it, and only you can access it during your stay. The bathtub and sink are INSIDE of the apartment. You only need to go outside to use the toilet which is just a few steps away from the apartment.
