Our 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath home sits in a quiet, natural setting close to all that Boston has to offer. We are on the Charles River, at the end of a dead-end street, in historic South Natick village-- a neighborhood that is a walker’s paradise, equally welcoming to runners and bicyclists.
Just a mile from the shops and restaurants of Wellesley Center, we are also about half an hour by car from Harvard Square or Boston's Back Bay.

Next door to us is Elm Bank Reservation, home of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society's formal gardens, woods and meadows. A mile in one direction is an Audubon Society wildlife sanctuary with numerous walking trails; a mile the other way is the beautiful Wellesley College campus and art museum. Just beyond the college, Wellesley Center offers coffee shops, restaurants, food stores and shops. Also close by is Natick Center, which hosts a charming Framer’s Market every Saturday morning. An 8-minute drive past Natick Center is the Natick Mall area, a large retail complex, complete with restaurants and multiplex movie theater. There are also 2 independent art film cinemas in nearby suburbs about 20 minutes from our house.

Wellesley has the nearest public transit (commuter rail--you can park in nearby lots), and Boston's subway system is about a 20-minute drive. All the museums, galleries, and literary and historical sites of Boston and Cambridge can be reached in about 30-35 minutes (a bit more in rush hour). We are willing to discuss exchanging cars.

Our townhouse includes a formal dining room but an open floor plan with a kitchen and living room flowing out to a deck. Upstairs is a large en-suite master bedroom (with TV and Jacuzzi) and two good-sized bedrooms.
