Just 7 miles from the heart of Boulder and 20 miles from Denver, our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just steps from a neighborhood pool, spacious park, miles of paved and dirt trails, and a short walk to restaurants, boutique shopping, farm stands, and more. Our home is located at the intersection of 4 towns: Lafayette, Erie, Louisville, and Boulder. Each offers it's own unique shopping and exceptional restaurants. The location also allows easy access to the foothills and mountains but is downslope enough that our streets are nearly always dry and the sun is shining virtually every day.

There are hundreds of miles of trails minutes from our home which you can explore via foot or bike. Our local ski mountain, Eldora, is 45 minutes away with larger resorts an easy 75 minute drive. Denver is 30 minutes away and offers all you would expect from a big city. If you prefer national parks, Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 60 miles away.
