We had a fantastic swap with Jim and Lesley. Communication was great before, during and after the swap and they gave us a comprehensive guide to the house and area. The house itself is fantastic - immaculately clean with great views over the ocean, and in a really lovely neighbourhood. It is well equipped and very comfortable with lots of space. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck - particularly at sunset which is spectacular. Laguna Beach itself is a great place with lots of art events and exhibitions, restaurants, shops and entertainment and surrounded by countryside. You are spoiled for choice with beaches - there are many in and around Laguna Beach - Aliso beach nearby was the one that we visited most often - it is beautiful and a few minutes walk away. Jim and Lesley cared for our home beautifully. A great swap - thanks Jim and Lesley!
