Hi,
welcome to our much-loved apartment in the Allgäu in southern Bavaria. Our house is build in 1968, we live in an apartment with 96 sqm in the upper floor. A big garden belongs also to our apartment.
We are a family of three. Our daughter is six. We have a child friendly home and garden. Our home consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen,a storeroom, bathroom and a small guest toilet (which is functioning but not yet fully renovated). All rooms have been renovated in 2017/2018.
We live near to Lake Constance (20 min away), which we really like for swimming, walking etc., approx. 10-15 min. away from Austria (with mountains and also nice places to go as Bregenz or the Bregenzer Wald, famous for extraordinary modern architecture), 0,5 h from Switzerland (a bit further St. Gallen), about 1h away from famous Neuschwanstein castle, approx. 2 h from Munich (also by train) and approx. 4 h to north of Italy (e.g. Lago Maggiore).
