We are 2 Adults with 4 grown children. My Partner ist selfemplyed in the automobile business in Regensburg, I am a Yoga Teacher and am the owner of a yogastudio. near by. You can find more information about my work on www.yoga-loft.kelheim.deI am 54 years old , my Partner is just turned 60. We are interested in Sports of all kind, Yoga of course an live a rather qiute life. We enjoy theater, concerts and travelling around europe, but also love USA. I lived in USA growing up and try to spend time abroad as often as possible. Our children live in citys near by and are with us usually on the weekends or sometimes in the Holidays. We are joining Homelink because of the possibilty to trade our house in the wintertimes, to spend time in the US in January or February.

Nicely set 4 Bedroom house with garden, 2 Bath's, in the south of Bavaria between Regensburg and Munich. The house has floorheating, open Fire place, around 260 sqaure meters, Terrace, and double Garage. It is surrounded by an historical enviroment , towns, Danube, castles....

Our neighbourhood ich a dead end street with nice Family houses and large gardens. We live up on the highest Street below the fields and the forest - the view is beautiful. You can take walks in the countryside, visit the Golfplaces around, the danube is about 3 Miles away......in our little village we have a Bank, a Supermarket and a Bakery which bake fresh goods every day. The next Town is Bad abbach - around 3 Miles away, where the is a Shopping Mal, Pharmacy, Gasstation, and all you need on daily basas. Regensburg, a very beautiful kultural interesting town is about 10 Miles away, a 20 minute drive. The enviroment here is a combination out of hills, the danube, forrests and fields. Many small bavarian villages with typically arranged traditional decoration in house and garden make this surrounding a friendly and cozy place to be an spend time.

Regensburg is a city in south-east Germany, situated at the confluence of the Danube, Naab and Regen rivers. With over 140,000 inhabitants, Regensburg is the fourth-largest city in the State of Bavaria after Munich, Nuremberg and Augsburg. The city is the political, economic and cultural centre of Eastern Bavaria and the capital of the Bavarian administrative region Upper Palatinate.
The medieval centre of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a testimony of the city's status as cultural centre of southern Germany in the Middle Ages. In 2014, Regensburg was among the top sights and travel attractions in Germany. Generally known in English as Ratisbon until well into the twentieth century, the city is known as Ratisbonne in French and as Ratisbona in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan and Albanian.
This city is about a 15 Minute Drive away from our house.
The small village we live is counts 2000 Inhabitants and is located near the river, surrounded by many places to take hikes, go for long walks or just enjoy the countryside by taking a ride.
