As mentioned already, there are a lot of interesting cafés and boutique shops right in streets around the corner. Opposite of our flat is the best rated Italian Wine Restaurant. 5 minutes away from here is the "Aachener Weiher" - a park that goes from South to the North of Colgone. And for kids we have the "Rathenauplatz" nearby...a huge playground for the little ones connected to an alternative beer garden for the parents. If you're interested in arts you will also find a lot of galleries around the corner. And for people who love to explore the City in the Nights...also bars and clubs are nearby. To see the Cologne Dom you can either go there by bike (around 10 minutes), by foot (around 30 minutes) or with the tram (around 20 minutes). You will reach the Rhine in the South of Cologne within the same durations than the Dom. No matter what type of holidays you prefer, I'm happy to give you tips while you're here!
