Wir sind ein Paar Mitte-Ende 60, die Kinder (1♀, 3♂) sind erwachsen, aus dem Haus, studieren oder sind im Beruf, das erste Enkelkind wird bald eins. Wir wohnen stadtnah, aber am Waldrand in Köln, wir sind sportlich, kochen, essen und reisen gerne, sind politisch, kulturell und sozial interessiert und engagiert, offen für Entdeckungen und Neues.
We are a couple in their mid sixties, our kids (1♀, 3♂) are out of the house, our first grandchild is nearly one. We live close to the city, but at the edge of a park in Cologne, we are fond of cooking, sporting and travelling, we are politically, culturally and socially interested and committed, open for discoveries and new things.

Unser Haus liegt in einem neuen ruhigen Wohngebiet 5 km Luftlinie vom Kölner Dom entfernt, der Wald und Spielplätze sind vor der Tür, der Badesee in Badehose in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, die Straßenbahn in 12 min. Entfernung. Der kleine Garten mit der Seerose auf dem Teich ist eine Oase der Erholung, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt und entspannt. Das Schlafzimmer in der obersten Etage ist mit der Dachterrasse ein kleines Refugium.
Our terraced house is located in a new quiet residential area 5 km off from Cologne Cathedral, the forest and playgrounds are in front of the door, the swimming lake is in 5 min. walking distance, the tram in 12 min. distance. The small garden with the water lily on the pond is an oasis of relaxation when you are sitting on the terrace and relax. The bedroom on the top floor is a small retreat with its roof terrace.

Unser Wohnviertel liegt dezentral, aber nah an der City. Ein Cafe und Bäcker sind vor der Tür, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unserem Viertel (Ostheim). Die Lage ist für eine Großstadt wie Köln phantastisch, stadtnah und ruhig.
Köln, die 'nördlichste Stadt Italiens', hat ein Menge zu bieten, Kultur, Sport, Theater, Naherholung, vom Dom als Weltkulturerbe' über den Rhein, das lebhafte studentische Belgische Viertel, Naherholung wie Badeseen, die Eifel, das Bergische Land, das Ahrtal in der nahen Umgebung bis hin zur guten Verkehrsanbindung mit den großen Metropolen wie Paris, Brüssel, Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam usw.
Cologne, the 'most northent city in Italy', has a lot to offer, culture, sports, theater, recreation, the cathedral as a World Heritage Site 'across the Rhine, the bustling student Belgian Quarter, recreation like bathing lakes, the Eifel, the Bergisches Land, the Ahrtal in the vicinity to the good transport links to major cities such as Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, etc.
Our qurter is decentral but close to the city. A cafe and bakery are on the doorstep, there are other shops in our district (Ostheim). The location is fantastic for a city like Cologne, close to the city, green and quiet.
