My husband and I have grown up too children who have left our house. We love traveling and host international guests in our house. We used to ride motor cicles. Love to walk in our huge forrests in Göllheim. We love to join the often happening festivals of Göllheim. In 2017 we startet to travel in a motorhome. Therefore we have not experiance in home exchange jet.

Our big house is located in calm side street oft 4000 inhabitant historic village with all needed infrastructure. Using 2 highways nearby you will be quickly at famous German wine street, river rhine, historic cities, castles and churches (Romans, cheltics, middleages, ...) and larch paltine forest.

In our neigbourhood you will meet nice families of all ages, teen as well as smaller children. You are as well close to centre ( 5 minutes walk) for bakery as well in 5 minutes walking distance in the nice fields and lands scapes. 15 minutes walking distance to Forrest.

From our home you are within 5-10 minutes walk in the historic center of 1200 year old town Göllheim, with its 2 churches, restaurants, museum, historic towers and houses. As well you can do a walk of 1 km to the lovely forest of large palatine forest. Ore do a walk around the town or nearby surroundings with giant fews to mount Donnersberg or to the battle sights 800 years before (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Königskreuz).
If you take bike, motorbike, car or bus, you can explore the magnificent landscapes of Donnersbergkreis (https://www.donnersberg-touristik.de/de),
with wine yards, historic wineries, castles, remaining of Celtic settlements.

We like to host people in our home who do care well about our house, equipment and garden. We do not like to have loud parties outside in the garden in order not to disturp our neighbours as they do as well for us. Some neighbours are as well friends. So we like to host friendly guests to be nice neighbours for a while (our neighbours are used to see people as guests from all over the world). We like to find our house clean and without waste inside. If needed, we want you to water the flowers or for longer stays cut quickly the small grass yard, if needed. And we want you to close always all doors when you leave the house. From March to October our garden serves herbs. So you are wellcome to use for cooking. In winter we use often our fire place inside. You can use our wood from October to March, but leave everything as found. We will close up one room with our personal stuff. If you are a smoker we ask you to go out of the house to covered terrace at the barbecue area. You are wellcome to use our gas barbecue equipment.
