In exchange we offer our 115 sqm apartment with high ceilings and big, sunny rooms.
The condo has three bed rooms total: the main bedroom has a king size bed plus junior bed (1,40 m in length/could be made into a crib). There is one guest room with a single bed. Directly adjacent to the big living/dining room is the bedroom for two children (two single beds 200 x 90 cm). A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (tub and separate shower) are also part of the apartment.

Our kids are 2, 4 and 6 years old so we have everything from high chairs to toys to stroller and bikes... Basically everything a family with young kids would need.
Or you close the big double doors to the kids' room and just enjoy the grown-up part of the apartment. (Please note that the pictures are not up-to-date, unfortunately. The living room looks different now and includes an electric piano, a big table for 8+ people and a seating area.)

We have wonderful neighbors, most of which have kids themselves. Right across from our house is a playground where we spend much time.
