We are a family of two adults, two teenagers ( 17 and 19 years old ) and 2 well educated dogs.
Fred is playing the big Scottish bagpipe and plays in a band.
Daniela ist practising Agility and Obedience with the dogs.
Philipp is a model maker and is in a boulder club.
Alexander is in a rowing club.
In summer we love to make bicycle tours and explore the surrounding by boat
We have got three rubber boats.
We are experienced in houseswapping with Homelink.
We did 5 exchanges when we lived in Austria.
We had been living there from 2003 to 02/2015.
Last year we came back and bought our house here in Berlin.

We are living in a house in Berlin, 30 Minutes by car to the Kurfürstendamm/ Berlin and 20 Minutes to Potsdam.
Our house is situated in a lovely part of Berlin.
There is a lake just around the corner.
We love to live in a beautifull landscape with many facilities for leisure activities. But it's BERLIN!
We can also enjoy the metropolitan life in downtown Berlin, just 30 minutes from our house.
Our house is a semi-detached housewith 3 floors, basement and a small garden.
Two supermarkets are in the direct neighbourhood, other shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
We have got 3 well educated, medium size dogs. They don't loose hair!

Beskrivning av vårt grannskap och omgivning
We are living in a residential area at the end of Berlin-Spandau.
This part of Spandau is called "Kladow", it's like a "village in the city".
Kladow has got all you need:
5 supermarkets, two pharmacies, doctors, a supermarket for bio-food, three bakeries and some restaurants.
Our residential area was built on the former British airfield Berlin-Gatow.
There is still a air force museum, just 800 m from our house.
In our neighbourhood there are living many families with children.
The streets are play streets, this means that with your car you are just allowed to drive 5-10 km/h.
There are two supermarkets and a children's playground in the residential area.
Just across the street ( 300 m from our house ) there is the Glienicker See, a lake with beaches, a restaurant and a playground.
A golf course and a riding stable are very near ( about 5 Minutes by bike or by car ).

From our house you can make nice walks around the lake and through the forest.
If you want to make sightseeing in Berlin, you can take the car ( 30 minutes to the Kurfürstendamm ), bus and train ( 35 minutes ) or even ship and "S-Bahn".
Potsdam with its beautiful ancient city and castles ist easy to reach by bus or by car.
There is also a ship between Berlin-Kladow and Potsdam!
We are living just around the corner of a golf course and a poney club.
In Berlin-Spandau there is a High Ropes Course (
