Located in a quiet street near the city center, nice cafes and bars in the neighborhood. Our apartment (115 m2) is in a newly built low energy city house. It is very light and sunny with old trees in front of the big windows. A shopping street and cafes and restaurants of Prenzlauer Berg is within 5 min walking.
We have 3 bedrooms, one for the parents and two from our two daughters (10 and 13 years old). The apartment has 2 bathrooms with toilets and showers, no bathtub. There is a large room with open kitchen, dining place and living room area. We have a piano and we have two little pets (guinea pigs/cobaye), who want to be feeded.
We have a balcony, where you can eat or relax under a tree. There is a big common garden to use with sitting area, a lawn to play, sandbox and children playhouse.
