Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort

We are very interested in weekend exchanges with good connected european cities, especially in the Netherlands or France

We are living in a small apartment in Berlin Friedrichshagen. Friedrichshagen is a part of Berlin with a very good S-Bahn service to the center (every ten minutes, it takes 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz) but it feels like a small town. It´s very quiet and green here, you can walk to Müggelsee in ten minutes or use one of our bikes. It´s a great area for bicycle tours, hiking or all kind of water sports. And of course it´s not far to the city center to dicover all the popular monuments.It is a perfect place to combine a cultural trip to Berlin with relax moments. Our apartment (4th floor without elevator) is very luminous, with a nice balcony where you can have lunch or dinner in the sun.You will find amenities like a washing mashine, diswasher, Wifi and much more, but we have no TV. We love cooking, so we have a small but very well equipt kitchen in our apartment. There are 2 bedrooms (with140x200 beds) and if you like it´s possible to put a small guest bed in my daughters dressing room or to sleep at the sofa in the living room with two people as well. We have two cats, so if you have allergies it will be not possible to come in our apartment.
The neighbours are very friendly and helpfull It´s a quiet area and a very quiet house for that it is impotant to avoid any kind of noise late in the evening or at night.
Everything you need like restaurants, different supermarkets (two biogical supermarket are less than 500m away), bakerys, butcher and so on are situated at Bölschestraßejust around the corner
