We are a two: my husband Juergen is a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Brandenburg. My name is Ursula (54 years old) and I am a Manager and sometimes I`m teaching adults at the University in business administration. We have two adult sons, Noah-David is 23 years old and he is studying politics in Potsdam. Jonah-Gabriel is 20 years old and he is studying business administration in Brandenburg.

Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
We live in a comfortable house, who was built in 2001. Our wooden house is very large (more than 200 qm) and we have 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and a bathroom with a sauna in the second floor. In the basement there is a living room with a piano, a kitchen with a large dining table, a small bathroom and my workroom. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The house is equipped with central heating, colour TV, Blueray/DVD-Player, HiFi set and 4 PC-Stations with Internet. We don`t like pets, because I´m allergic to cats and dogs. Our back yard garden is large. We have a terrace (full sun) with two deck-chairs, a sunshade and various alternatives for sitting. We live in a quiet neighbourhood, only a few cars pass through.

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem
We live in the town of Bad Belzig, only 80 kilometres in the south from Berlin. Bad Belzig is a small, but a very quiet and beautiful town with lots of attractions. A little castle, called “Burg Eisenhardt”, is in the town. There is an open air bath nearby and also an indoor swimming pool with hot springs only 300 m from our house. In town there are several shops, a bowling center and a cinema. All it`s within walking distance (around 10 min). You can hiking and use the bicycle lanes like the European bicycle lane Nr. 1, who cross Belzig (www.belzig.com, but I`m sorry, only in German).
We are in the south of Potsdam (40 min), who is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Potsdam's most popular sight is the Schloß Sanssouci palace located in the park to which it gives its name. However, there are far more than the former summer residency of Frederick the Great and the Sanssouci park to make your visit worthwhile.
Berlin is only 1 hour by car or by train.
