Spacious, modern, bright well-kept house in quiet neighbourhood. In an excellent popular tourist area with some of the best beaches and coastline in Europe. Fishing villages, sandy beaches, cliffs, coastline of both north and south coast within easy reach (approx 40mins drive to north coast and 5 mins drive from south coast.)Eden is just 6 miles away. Many attractions within easy reach for all ages including Flambards, Crealy, Dairyland, Trethorne Leisure Park for children and golf, boating, fishing,surfing, cycling, windsurfing, kayaking for all the family. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and on the eastern edge of St Austell. We live in a no-through road and have lovely views across the valley to woodlands.

We are situated very centrally for exploring all of the north and south coast of Cornwall which is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the UK. The south coast is 5mins drive and the north coast 45mins. Mevagissey, Gorman Haven, Fowey and Charlestown are within an easy 20 mins drive or less. There are too many things to see and do to list here but we have box files full of brochures to meet all interests. In our 'Home' file we have some day trips that we recommend.
