We had a wonderful stay at the little house in Uzés and there was enough space for the two of us. The location just outside the town centre was very convenient and you can walk 10 mins to get to the centre. There were also bikes for us to use which was great since one of us cycled every morning to the local boulangerie "House of pains" where we bought really nice bread, patries and small quiches. The swimming pool was really nice as well. We drove several times (10-15 mins) to the river Gardon at Collias (where you can rent canoes) to swim in the river. This was really refreshing during the hot days! We also visited the local market (Wed & Sat) at Place aux Herbes. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the house instructions were very detailed and helpful. Communication with Alan and Alison was perfect and we can highly recommend this house for an exchange!

Alan and Alison's holiday home in south of France is lovely. The first floor is open plan with patio doors to a beautiful garden. And upstairs, 2 beautiful bedrooms. It is well equipped and very clean and tidy. It is a great area for exploring France. We loved the quietness and tranquility of staying there and highly recommend. Alan and Alison were great hosts.

A most enjoyable exchange. The home was quiet with all the necessary amenities in a gated community and very well situated for day trips to historical and interesting sites. The town of Uzès is a delight with a bustling town square and many good restaurants. Highly recommended.
