We have a gorgeous home in the friendly town of Innerleithen - 50 mins south of Edinburgh so easy to access the quiet of the countryside or visit the sights of Scotland's capital city. You can travel to our local train station (Galashiels - 20 mins from here) or if travelling to Edinburgh airport it's a 50 minute drive (taxi approx £60) unless you hire a car.

The house is on *one level with 2 double bedrooms (with ensuite), and another separate double bedroom (with sofa bed). There is plenty of space to chill out in and outside our home. Large living room and dining area with wood burning stove.

Gas Central heating throughout. Sunny kitchen diner with conservatory and another bathroom and shower. There's a large balcony from the living room that looks out over the hills in the borders - we are really lucky to live here! The house is decorated to a high standard as we love our home.

We have a weekly cleaner and we have a friendly pussycat, although we can arrange for someone to attend her needs (daily) if required.

There is a beautiful rock garden at the back of the house with little spaces to read and rest in shade or soak up the sun (yes we do have nice weather here!) in our west facing garden - patio for bbqs and decked area to lounge on the outdoor sofas.

We also have a double garage where you can store bikes (we have a couple you can borrow if you need to). It has a lovely, welcoming energy and hope you will enjoy your stay.

*There are about 20 steps to the front door but inside is all on one level.

Although we have 2 dogs they won't be there if you stay.
