Our home is a multi level, modern and comfortable new home with a 10m private lap pool just to cool off on a tropical balmy humid day which is almost everyday in Singapore.
Located in Bukit Timah which is an exclusive residential suburb outside of the city. It is 15 mins to drive into Orchard Road or a 10 minute walk to the pubic train system which would take 15 minutes to get into Orchard Road (the shopping hub of Singapore )
Across from the house are popular restaurants offering seafood, western, Japanese & Italian cuisine with a seafood market, 2 bakeries, butchers, deli & a bar on offer should you wish to dine out.

Our 3 storey home has the main living room, dining area, kitchen and powder room on the first level. 3 main bedrooms which includes a master bedroom with an ensuite, a junior master bedroom with an ensuite ( there are 2 child beds and a single bed) and a double bedroom with a bathroom across the hall on the 2nd floor.
An additional large family room area on the 3rd floor comes with a sofa bed (which can sleep up to 2) and a murphy bed and its own unique outdoor ensuite on that level.

We have a car port with a security gate and a small deck area with a bbq.
