We both are pensionists and like to visit many countries. We have a very big garden with a wooden house in the Nationalparc "Bayerischer Wald". The walk ways are around the house. In winter time we have enough snow for skiing (downhill and cross country). In Passau there is a 54 m2 Appartment, only 10 minutes walkway to the city-center. Karl-Heinz likes fishing and I like going by bike or walking with the dog and digging in the garden. Of course books are part of my life.
The most important thing is, we love to have guests.

Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
Our home is in the City of Passau. In 10 minutes time you are in the middle of the old part of Passau, if you walk. Humboldt, an old scientist, said; Passau is one of the 10 most beautiful Tons. The town is between 3 rivers, may be you've heard about the floods. Our apppartment is on the 2nd floor - with lift, its about 56 squaremeters with patio.
A bavarian beergarden and "beer-restaurant" is next to the house. One day trips to Vienna, Munich or Prag are possible and very interesting.
If we change simultaneous we also offer our house in the forest, it is round about 50 km far away from Passau at the czechian border, lovely landscape!
