Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
We offer a beautiful 3-room-flat in Berlin, in the first floor of a building from 1910, renovated a few years ago. There's a bedroom for 2 or 3 and a living/dining room that can also be used as a bedroom (the sofa can be opened to a confort double-bed). We also have a kidsroom that can be used as additional sleeping place or in case a family wants to visit the place with kids, in the kids room there are two big beds and a cot (baby to 4 year old child) and a lot of games... The flat also has a spacious balcony where it is nice to have breakfast in summer or to sit in the evening.
The flat is located in a quiet street, in a very central place, perfect to discover the city. Rixdorf is the oldest part of Neukölln that has become of one the 'in' places of Berlin, so there are a lot of small cafés, bars and galleries around. There are a lot of music and film festivals It's about 10 min. walk to Tempelhofer Feld, the old airport now one of the favorite summer spots of Berlin. The flat is just 100 m from the station Neukölln, where you can catch the metro (line U7) and S-Bahn (metro trains, several lines), so you can reach almost every place in Berlin very easily in less than half an hour.

Our flat is very centrally localed, in Rixdorf, in the northern part of Neukölln, a former migrant and working-class district that now has become one of the "in"-places of Berlin, with many small bars, cafés, galleries and cultural events. There are many nice parks and places around, p.e beautiful Richardplatz in a few minutes walk and the Tempelhofer Feld about ten minutes away. We have a metro station a few hundred meters away, so you can reach most parts of the city in less than half an hour. In winter, there is a very good ice-skating place closed to our home. In summer you can reach many of the lakes in a short metro ride.

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem
From the Apartment you reach in a few minutes the beautiful Richardplatz with its cafes, restaurants and play grounds. In Neukölln there are a lot of places to go out at night, for example in the Reuterkiez about 10 min. away, or to have brunch in the week-ends. There are several big parks around: Tempelhofer Feld, Treptower Park, Hasenheide and Görlitzer Parks. By metro (or bike) yoz reach in 10-15 min. many of the famous sites of Berlin: Kreuzberg with its alternatibe scene, Mitte with its museums and monuments, Friedrichshain with its small shops, bars and the East Side Gallery, the last piece of the Berlin Wall. In summer, you can catch the metro and arrive at the lakes (for example the famous Wannsee) in 30 min, in about 40 min. you are in Potsdam and can visit the palaces and beautiful parks. We can give you more recommendations, just contact us (especially if you are travelling with kids).
