CANNES - FRANCE, beautiful apartment in a quiet residence.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY EXCHANGES WITH 2 PEOPLE MAX.
Our apartment is very comfortable, on the first floor and top floor of a small residence secure and quiet, with a garden and swimming pool, very well located on the heights of Cannes in a neighborhood, with ease of free parking around the residence .
Our neighbors are very friendly and can help you in case of difficulties, our daughter lives near Cannes, you can contact her too.
We have one friendly cat who need minimal care (feeding) but would love any attention you offer.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with a bakery and pharmacy 3 minutes walk, supermarkets and other shops are 1 km, restaurants and beaches 2 km.
A bus stop for the city center is located in front of the residence, course 15mn.
Quick access to beaches and downtown by car 10 minutes 2km.
Free parking is available in our area (Oxford District)
Note that parking on the center of Cannes is free the first hour, and 3 hours in the weekend.

Cannes is a city full of activities and entertainment and one of the privileged destinations of the French Riviera: catamaran cruises: The Island Sainte-Marguerite and its museum of the Sea, The Lerins Islands and the island of Saint-Honorat.
In the hinterland of Grasse: the Gorges du Loup, St Paul de Vence, the villages of Gourdon, Cabris, in the Mercantour: the Park, Alpha, the Wolves of Mercantour in Saint-Martin -Vésubie.
The Marineland area in Antibes, the Village des Fous in Villeneuve-Loubet, Safari to discover wild animals.
