Large 4 bedroom house 300sqm with 4 double bedrooms, private swimming pool in gated community. Views over Lake and close to
Whakamaru dam.
The planting and landscaping of the section is ongoing and as the section is very large we are continuing to plant and develop it over time.
We have view and access to Lake Whakamaru with private boat ramp, pavilion and children’s playground as part of the farm.
It is a working farm of beef cattle, with the farmer moving cows around the fields.

We live in a gated community surrounded by a working cattle farm.
With a shared pavilion, tennis court and boat ramp available.
Taupo is the closest town which is 40mibs away by car.
We are on the Waikato Bike trail, very popular cycling area. Lots of bush walks around.

Våra tips om platser att gå och saker att göra när du bor i vårt hem

Lots of walks and cycle trails nearby. The gated community we live in has 30 houses and is on 600 acres, there are lots of walks within the farm which has its own waterfall. The closest shops are 20 min drive (Tokoroa) where there are supermarkets etc and best restaurants and shopping is in Taupo which is 40 min drive away . We are also about 50 mins drive from Rotorua which is tourist hub of north island with hot pools, thermal attractions etc.
