Come and relax in our beautifully appointed home offering spectacular views from all four luxuriously furnished rooms. Completely hidden from the road and bordering a nature reserve, our home offers privacy and a breathtaking outlook over the water and city, framed by mountains in the distance. From the moment you enter the foyer you are greeted with sun and light flooding in almost every room in the house, and it would be remiss not to mention the spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Nestled into the hillside this architecturally designed, multi level home has four bedrooms and a study (the study has a foldaway kingsize bed for additional visitors). The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, the other three bedrooms share a bathroom (it is fitted with a shower and a bathtub) and there is an additional toilet catering to the living area. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and fantastic to cook in. It connects to a generously sized dining and lounge area where you can entertain and relax by the fire.

The icing on the cake is the fabulous, expansive outdoor living; complete with an in-ground heated swimming pool, spa pool and garden area. Spread across three levels there are many entertaining options, including a bbq and fire pit area. The indoor-outdoor flow creates a special connection to the land with the stepped garden running into the reserve and the poolside offering the perfect place to read a book, enjoy a wine and appreciate the views. And of course there is a full laundry at your disposal.

Only 9km (25 minutes drive) from Chritchurch city centre and 21km (45 minutes drive) from the airport. There are lovely local cafes and restaurants 5-10 minutes drive away in the beach side area of Sumner. We love being located in a very special part of Christchurch and think you will too!

If you like to ski in wintertime it is only a 90 minute drive from the house to the top of Mount Hutt Ski Field. Porters Heights is also very near by.
