We are a retired couple, Jo 73, and Tine 68 years old. We have three grown up children, all of them are married. We also have three grandchildren.
My husband was before retiring a carpenter and designer with his own firm. I am educated as a textile designer and teacher and the last 15 years before I retired I was leading a workshop for male prisoners. We are experienced home exchangers from 1997 and until 2012. And now, after ten years we are ready again. Beside our apartment in Oslo, we are the owner of a house north of Copenhagen.

Our apartment is 113m2 and is one of 8 apartments in the entrance. The apartment is situated on the second floor with no in sight, but a nice sight towards a public space and a huge park, "St. Hanshaugen", one of the finest park in Oslo. Our home is light and modern, with all kinds of equipments and facilities.

Our neighborhood is trendy, but relaxed and relatively quiet. Just across the street you will find what we call " The golden stripe" with coffee bars, bakeries, flowers and delicious food as cheese, vegetables, organic meet lying side by side. Around the corner there are several groceries and other shops. The neighborhood consists of all sorts of people, old people, young people and families. Busses are going day and night, and bring you down town in a few minutes. Just outside it is possible to rent bikes as well as cars ( Getaraound).
