We are a family of 2 adults plus one adult son of 33 who lives in his own house but occasionally will travel with us. Retired Accountant and retired Junior school assistant Principal. We have done many home exchanges over the last 25 years, including looking after a few pets along the way. We've exchanged with families in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, Orlando, Truckee, St Augustine, Berlin, Munich Altenberg, Stockholm,Brisbane, Melbourne Sydney and many places in NZ to mention a few.

We live in an Arts and Crafts house built in the 1920's that has all modern conveniences. We live in Epsom, a central part of Auckland. Our holiday home is on Waiheke island, 35 minutes by fast ferry from downtown Auckland. It is renowned for wineries, wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. Unfortunately we both have elderly parents in their 90's and this has curtailed our travels recently. Now we want to start visiting new parts of the world both closer to home and further afield.

We love to be outdoors and enjoy swimming and exploring both cities and the countryside. We thoroughly enjoy museums, art galleries and architecture plus good music. We also love to discover local areas and enjoy trying out cafes and restaurants.

We really enjoy home exchanging and have met some lovely people, many of whom we are still in contact with. We will treat your home with respect and care and although we don't have pets we are happy to consider looking after yours.
